Shenzhen  Weimin  Reliability Systems Engineering  Research  Institute was initiated by leading private enterprises including Sunlord Electronics, JPT Optoelectronics, Invertek, Haon Group, and Qiaoheli. It has corporate members such as Hong Rongyuan and Beijing Lanwei, and is supported by Professor Kang Rui’s team from the School of Reliability and Systems Engineering at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Approved by the Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau, it is a privately-run, non-profit research institution whose supervisory authority is the Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology.

本文件规定了确信可靠性度量、确信可靠性建模、确信可靠性分析与设计、可靠性实验、确信可靠性评估等的常用术语及定义。适用于系统确信可靠性领域的相关工作。

T/CICC 35002—2025  Functional, Performance, and Margin Analysis

This document specifies the general and detailed requirements for Function, Performance, and Margin Analysis (FPMA).

This method is primarily intended to help R&D personnel and reliability engineers gain a deeper understanding of and analyze system functional performance, identify key performance parameters as well as their associated internal and external variables, and define requirement thresholds. This enables the development of system margin expressions, laying a solid foundation for subsequent performance parameter analysis, confidence-based reliability modeling, and reliability prediction tasks.

T/CICC 35003—2025

Performance Parameter Degradation Analysis

This document specifies the general and detailed requirements for Performance Parameter Degradation Analysis (PPDA).

This method is primarily intended to help R&D personnel and reliability engineers gain a deeper understanding of and analyze the causes and mechanisms behind system performance degradation, identify degradation-related performance parameters, and clarify the factors influencing performance degradation, thereby laying a solid foundation for subsequent tasks such as confidence-based reliability modeling and prediction.

T/CICC 35004—2025  确信可靠性建模与分析 

本文件规定了确信可靠性建模与预计的要求和步骤,主要包括建立学科交叉方程、性能退化方程、裕量方程和度量方程,并计算系统的确信可靠度。

本方法适用于新研系统正向设计过程,也可供已投入使用的系统进行可靠性设计改进时参照使用。

T/CICC 35005—2025 产品确信可靠性评价方法

本文件规定了对投入使用的产品开展确信可靠性评价的指标体系和评价方法。

本方法适用于对同一制造商所生产的同类产品开展评价,也适用于对不同制造商生产的同类产品开展评价。

T/CICC 35006—2025  产品使用过程确信可靠性检测方法

本文件规定了产品在变母体、变环境、小样本情况下的可靠性检测方法。

本方法适用于产品使用过程中的健康状态评估和维修间隔期确定,可为动态制定维修保障策略提供依据。
